Ehret F.A.N. Club Terms and Conditions
The Ehret F.A.N. Club (Family and Neighbor Club) is a service plan designed to provide priority scheduling, regular maintenance, and exclusive discounts for plumbing, heating, and cooling services. Membership is tied to the enrolled address and is non-transferable unless otherwise approved.
• Membership is active for one calendar year from the date of enrollment and will not renew unless done so by the member.
• Renewal notifications will be sent 30 days prior to the renewal date.
• Members are entitled to two maintenance visits per year (one heating season tune-up and one cooling season tune-up).
• Scheduling of these visits is the responsibility of the member, and missed appointments may not be rescheduled without additional fees.
• Members receive priority scheduling for all service calls. This ensures that your needs are addressed ahead of non-members, particularly during peak seasons.
• Emergency service is subject to technician availability, but members will always be given first preference.
• Members receive a 15% discount on labor costs for repairs and installations.
• Optional add-ons, including water heater flushes and utility protection, are available at exclusive member rates.
• Discounts and add-ons cannot be combined with other promotions or offers.
• Members must provide accurate contact information and notify Ehret Inc. of any changes to their enrolled address.
• Members are responsible for ensuring that systems and areas requiring service are accessible for technicians.
• The F.A.N. Club does not cover the cost of parts or materials required for repairs or installations.
• Services outside the scope of plumbing, heating, and cooling are not included in the membership.
• Membership benefits apply to the enrolled property only and cannot be transferred to another residence without prior approval.
• Members may cancel their membership at any time by providing written notice to Ehret Inc.
• Membership fees are non-refundable, and no prorated refunds will be issued for unused portions of the membership.
• Any discounts or benefits already utilized during the membership period will remain valid through the cancellation date.
Ehret Inc. will perform all services with the highest level of care and professionalism. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from delays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
